Our detailed, line-by-line methodology currently covers the UK market — HM Land Registry comparables, state-by-state purchase tax, and the local rules that shape each deal. We're publishing the equivalent breakdown for the US scoring model next.

That breakdown includes our coverage band — the price and bedroom range a listing has to sit inside before we will put a deal score on it. We publish it for the UK. We have not measured it for the US feed, and we would rather tell you it is unpublished than quote you a figure we cannot stand behind.
